Shipping and terms

Products are shipped within 3 days of ordering.  I am currently unable to provide international shipping options.

Australia Post shipping rates within Australia are:

• $10 for purchases under $100
• $15 for purchases from $100-$200
• free for purchases over $200

I use environmentally friendly packaging.

Refunds

All sales are final. I do not refund if you change your mind.  I take care to describe and photograph all products as close to the colour and size to ensure your order is as expected. As my work is handmade in small batches, there will may be some colour variations and glaze finishes due to the creation process and firing.  If you are not happy with your product , please get in touch with me.  It is important that you are happy with your purchase. 

Breakages

I take great care to package my products.  Sometimes breakages occur in the shipping process and transit.  If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact me within 2 days and I will arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.
